Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting designs to meet evolving needs. The position demands a strategic mindset to foresee potential challenges and opportunities within the technology landscape, ensuring robust and efficient architectural frameworks are in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of system integration and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with various packaging tools and automation techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
