Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic mindset to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering seamless integration and robust system functionality across various environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within ServiceNow CSM environments.
- Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and integration techniques to enhance customer service solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with best practices in solution delivery, including performance tuning and capacity planning.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
