Training & Compliance Coordinator
Ozark, MO
This role is focused on making sure our field staff are properly trained, competent, and compliant. The right person will understand the day-to-day demands of Home Care and be able to effectively train and orient new hires to our expectations, policies, procedures, and standards of care. This position plays an important role in helping us build and maintain a high-quality Home Care team.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct and coordinate new-hire orientation for Home Care field staff
- Provide education on company policies, procedures, documentation, communication, scheduling, and expectations
- Coordinate and track required training, annual in-services, and competencies
- Monitor employee credentials, certifications, training, and other compliance requirements
- Track expiration dates and follow up on missing, incomplete, or expiring requirements
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records
- Assist with employee record audits and compliance-related follow-up
- Coordinate retraining and continuing education when needed
- Maintain and update training materials as policies and processes change
- Communicate with field staff, supervisors, and leadership regarding training and compliance needs
- Identify recurring training or compliance concerns and assist with process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Home Care experience is required
- Experience training, orienting, or supporting Home Care field staff is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in computers and technology
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
