Description
💼 Position: Senior Accountant
📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
📅 Employment Type: Outsourcing/Secondment; Long-Term Contract
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and financial reporting.
- Support and coordinate external audits, including providing required schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS requirements.
- Work with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI, for accounting and financial transactions.
- Perform financial analysis and support management reporting requirements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support the finance team in meeting reporting deadlines and maintaining strong internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred, or currently pursuing one (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
