Senior Analyst, Global Real Estate Services
Overview:
The Global Real Estate Services team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Real Estate Services to support the Global Capital Project Management team in the administration and execution of workplace and capital projects across Mastercard's global real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating purchase order and invoicing processes, partnering with Mastercard Sourcing and the Mastercard Global Business Service Center (GBSC), supporting project governance activities, maintaining project documentation and reporting, and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with established processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across a global organization.
Job Description:
• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders and invoices, partnering with internal stakeholders, Finance, and vendors to ensure compliance, budget alignment, and timely payment of project-related expenses.
• Partner with regional project managers and vendors to ensure consistency in project delivery, reporting, and adherence to established processes.
• Support procurement activities, consultant engagements, contract administration, and project change management
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders working together to meet Mastercard’s objectives and goals.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation to support audit, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting tools, and portfolio governance practices.
• Lead smaller capital projects and workstreams with limited supervision.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, driving accountability amount stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on project data, trends, and portfolio analysis to support decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior Team members, contractors, and project coordinators on project processes and best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding coordination, badge and facility access requests, profile maintenance, and timely offboarding activities to ensure compliance with security, workplace, and contractor governance requirements.
• Obtain and maintain industry designations applicable to this position, fulfilling ongoing mandatory education and training requirements as necessary

All About You:
• Real Estate & Facilities experience within a corporate office environment, preferably in Class A office space.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on detailed budgets, schedules, and multiple ongoing project statuses.
• Ability to support new process improvement opportunities.
• Ability to relentlessly prioritize.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, real estate (or equivalent experience). Facilities or Real Estate professional membership, registration and/or certification from an accredited organization preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common statement of work terms & business language.
• Excellent data analytics skills, including experience in IWMS Applications.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
