As our first dedicated Solution Architect in the US team, the mission is to bridge the gap between our powerful API-first platform and complex enterprise ticketing needs. This role is confidently mapping the requirements to our API architecture and start establishing templates, frameworks and best practices that will allow vivenu to scale.
