Working Location:
Diem Thuy Industrial Park, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring of equipment – including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out.
Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line.
Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem.
Data collection, interpretation and report writing.
Presentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management.
Risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used.
Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high.
Develop new process/technology to improve yield and cost.
To be responsible for product quality.
Communication with customer for customer complain.
Required Skills/Experience/Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required (master’s preferred)
English communication is mandatory (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
5+ years in working as process engineer or quality engineer.
Critical/Logical thinking and statistical analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Commercial awareness.
Excellent computer skills.
Negotiation skills.
Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
