We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Business Central Lead to take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the Greencells Group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the rollout at our Romanian subsidiary, improve key finance processes, and support Greencells’ continued growth in Europe.

Your mission

• Own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the central system for finance and operations in the Greencells Group 
• Lead the rollout of Business Central at our Romanian subsidiary together with our local implementation partner 
• Translate requirements from Finance, Procurement and project teams into working solutions in the system • Lead and develop our Business Central support colleague 
• Steer our external Business Central partners on scope, budget and quality 
• Improve processes in the system, for example purchase to pay, intercompany and month-end closing 
• Make sure the system meets local requirements such as e-Factura and SAF-T in Romania 
• Plan and test updates and extensions, and keep master data and user rights in order
• Support Finance and Controlling with reporting from Business Central

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification 
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV, in-house or as a consultant 
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes, ideally in Romania and Germany 
• Experience with ERP rollouts or implementation projects and with implementation partners 
• First leadership experience or the wish to take on that responsibility 
• Fluent in English and Romanian (must), German language skills are a plus 
• Structured, solution-oriented and comfortable working with colleagues across countries 
• Experience with AI tools (for example Copilot in Business Central or Microsoft 365) and interest in using AI to automate finance and ERP processes
• A responsible, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, with the ability to apply professional expertise effectively in day-to-day activities
• A commitment to respectful, trusting collaboration and mutual support within the team
