Job Title: Business Process Lead - Employee Central and Org Management
Location: Getzersdorf, Austria OR Maastricht, NL
The Business Process Lead - Employee Central and Org Management is the HR functional owner for our key SAP SuccessFactors modules and processes around Employee Central including Org Management and other related modules such as Time Management. The role also drives the end-to-end HR solution design, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-driven solutions.
Working closely with Digital & Technology (D&T) and external partners, the role translates HR requirements into system capabilities, oversees integrations, and ensures high-quality HR master data.
This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your key responsibilities
- Own the HR functional roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management as well as integrations to Payroll and other systems where SAP SF provides source data.
- Lead end-to-end HR requirements, solution design, and process optimization.
- Partner with D&T and implementation partners to deliver enhancements, releases, new modules, and add-ons.
- Own HR requirements for integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems, including Payroll.
- Govern organizational management in Employee Central, including organizational structures, jobs, positions, and reporting relationships.
- Drive HR master data governance and continuously improve data quality.
- Ensure solutions align with the overall SAP SuccessFactors architecture and global HR standards. Be a single point of contact for HR internal stakeholders and be the gatekeeper for training material.
- Lead functional testing, business readiness, and deployment of new capabilities.
- Act as the senior HR subject matter expert for Employee Central and Time Management.
- Be the backup for the internal HRE Senior Expert responsible for LMS, Comp & Ben as well as Performance Development.

You bring
- 5-10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of HR master data, organizational management, integrations, and Payroll interfaces.
- Proven experience delivering global HRIS projects and driving continuous system improvements.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project leadership skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for data quality, standardization, and digital HR.
- Business fluent in English.
