Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing, bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in both German and English and has at least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team across German-speaking and English-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across German-speaking and English-speaking markets.
- Book qualified meetings and appointments for Account Executives.
- Engage with key decision-makers, including founders, executives, and department heads.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Use CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to track sales activities.
- Handle objections professionally and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead generation, and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
