Position Overview:

The role of IT Business Solutions Analyst will enable the transformation of business processes and maximize the value from the technology solutions (SAP S4. ECC, others) enabling those processes. You will be responsible for partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand in-efficiencies and challenges in a given business process and work to develop technical solutions on SAP and other platforms.

You will also be part of a global business transformation program enabled by SAP S4 HANA and other solutions. You will be focused on business value realization and business process excellence. You will serve as the main liaison for IT to business functional stakeholders, understand their needs, prioritize efforts, recommend changes and innovations, serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing technology and related areas.

Your understanding of end-to-end business Manufacturing processes and working with stakeholders to assess improvement opportunities and turning business needs into requirements for building technology solutions is a critical success factor. You will drive discussions with business stakeholders centered around processes.

This role must understand business processes holistically, gather requirements and analyze data across the business value stream, shape these it into solution, and work with core technology teams to deliver.

In support of smaller projects and day-to-day business engagement, the analyst coordinates the various resources, tasks, and timing, handles direct communication to end users, and assists with ongoing improvement initiatives across existing applications and trains key users to ensure solutions are used effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design cross functional Business Processes in collaboration with functional Business stakeholders and Key Users

• Focus on outside-in views and implement new and innovative digital solutions to make processes efficient and automated.

• Document Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Process Design/Flows in Business Process Management solutions like Signavio, test plans/scripts, training materials

• Develop and execute savings opportunities, efficiencies and process improvements.

• Takes a proactive role in understanding the processes to ensure process alignment across business teams.

• Provides regular proposals for process transformation and improvement based on knowledge of third-party capabilities, benchmarks, aligned with the organization requirements.

• Analyzing requirements coming from localization and initiate.

• Ensure that the implemented solutions support the processes according to our design and industry best practices.

• Contribute to the change management process to ensure that the new processes are properly understood and adopted by our teams: support/facilitate organizational impact analysis and changes, contribute to end-users training strategy and change management.

• Business oriented with intensive and very direct interactions with technology and business teams.

• Proactive self-starter that is highly effective both when working independently, and on a team.

• Adhere to governance of protocol for IT engagements, prioritization of work, maintenance of portfolio and resource alignment. Adhere to established Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related fields.

• Must have minimum 10 years of SAP ERP functional experience in SAP Production Planning and Scheduling, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Quality Management and IT related project methodologies and life cycles for project and enhancements delivery. Must have experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Production Execution (PE) solution across multiple industry sectors.

• Own the process solution design across Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Repetitive, and Discrete manufacturing scenarios.

• Strong exposure to S/4HANA Production Planning, Demand Management, Shop Floor Control, MRP Live, and Work Center/Resource modeling.

• Deep knowledge of SAP PP, MRP, Routing/BOMs, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Demand Management,

• Must have detailed knowledge and understanding of business principles, concepts and terminology in Manufacturing and related areas like Finance, Logistics, Industrial Operations, and Supply Chain processes.

• Process driven analytical and critical thinking skills. Use of data analytics, and the ability to problem-solve and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Proficiency in performing data retrieval, input, and/or general use of SAP, Power BI, Power Apps or Other Business Warehouse software. Able to actively learn new data management systems quickly and perform with limited guidance.

• Experienced in business process re-engineering or using Lean and Six Sigma concepts to improve business and operations (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, etc.) in a work environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skills
