Job Description

• Assessing processes to identify possible compliance risks and provision of advice to internal teams
• Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
• Management of controls and conducting reviews post implementation
• Managing internal/external reviews and audits
• Ensuring incidents are actioned with proper plans and closed timely and appropriately.
• Following up on compliance issues that require investigation, raising incidents and closure of incidents
• Providing advice and guidance for compliance issues that arise
• Closely collaborating with internal risk stakeholders, includes Group Compliance, Non-Financial Risk Management and Group Legal.
• Provide relevant training cross functional teams on compliance requirements
• To support business unit in Operational Risk Reporting
• To support line manager in cultivating the risk awareness and culture for the business unit
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
