Our Impact:
The Enterprise Risk Systems Product Management team within the Enterprise Risk division is responsible for:
Product Vision and Strategy - Define the vision for products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business needs. Translate vision into actionable product roadmap and supporting plans.
Requirements Definition and Prioritization - Translate business needs (the "what" and "why") into well-defined epics, features, and user stories.
Development and Delivery Support - Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of roadmap.
Product Reporting and Performance Management - Provide transparent, data-driven reporting to inform decision-making, track performance, and highlight risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the voice of the product, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned.
Your Impact:
Define and drive the product management strategy, operating model, and governance framework to ensure consistent delivery of business value across the product portfolio.
Build organizational product management capability by leading, coaching, and developing Product Owners while advancing accountability, customer-centricity, and delivery excellence.
Direct the development of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment to portfolio priorities, business objectives, and enterprise technology direction.
Establish product management standards, lifecycle processes, governance practices, and performance expectations.
Direct cross-product planning, dependency management, and release strategy to optimize business outcomes and enterprise delivery effectiveness. Establish product prioritization principles and governance standards that guide Product Owner decision-making and maximize business value.
Partner with Portfolio leadership to translate strategic investments and business priorities into coordinated product strategies, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
Direct product performance management through product health metrics, adoption measures, customer outcomes, and value realization indicators.
Serve as the primary escalation authority for product strategy, prioritization conflicts, and cross-product delivery decisions.
Champion innovation, platform modernization, capability rationalization, and continuous improvement across the enterprise risk technology product portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
12+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Technology Management, Business Transformation, Risk Technology, or related disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience managing Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Managers, or similar professional roles.
Demonstrated experience establishing and executing product strategies that align technology capabilities with organizational objectives.
Proven experience building and managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and governance processes across multiple products or platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and executive leadership functions.
Demonstrated success translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and technology delivery practices.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, governance materials, product performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to resolve competing priorities, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and make risk-based product decisions in ambiguous environments. Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, build high-performing teams, and drive adoption of new capabilities, processes, and technologies.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $163,000 - $245,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
