North Atlanta Dermatology, an affiliate of Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Georgia. This is a dedicated cosmetic and aesthetic position with no general dermatology responsibilities.

 

This opportunity offers a schedule across our Duluth, Buford, and Suwanee offices, beginning with four days per week and moving to five as the aesthetic business grows. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, and interested in expanding their patient base while helping shape the growth of an established practice’s aesthetic program.

 

The role includes access to a broad range of aesthetic treatments and advanced technology, including two new laser platforms, Aerolase and Tetra Pro CO2. Training on these platforms will be provided if needed.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic consultations and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals.
• Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers safely and effectively.
• Perform laser, microneedling, and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments within the scope of practice, training, and experience.
• Educate patients on available treatments, expected outcomes, appropriate skincare products, and post-procedure care.
• Provide thorough follow-up care and build strong, long-term patient relationships.
• Document consultations, treatments, recommendations, and follow-up plans accurately in EMA.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Partner with practice leadership and team members to grow aesthetic services across the Duluth, Buford, and Suwanee offices.
• Promote aesthetic services internally and externally through patient education, community engagement, social media, and other approved marketing initiatives.
• Participate in provider meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional aesthetic or cosmetic experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Demonstrated experience administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers required.
• Experience with laser treatments and microneedling preferred.
• Established social media presence and an existing book of business are highly desirable.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and comfortable promoting aesthetic services within the practice and throughout the community.
• Strong aesthetic judgment with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver natural-looking results.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to providing an exceptional patient experience in a professional and collaborative environment.
• Interest in building a long-term patient base and contributing to the growth of the practice’s aesthetic program.
• Ability and willingness to work across the Duluth, Buford, and Suwanee offices.

Licensure/Certifications/Education

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active and unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to the start date.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain, if required for the position.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to the start date.
