Senior Analysis & Delivery Lead responsible for the successful delivery of
a strategic execution service transformation, including the migration of
the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target Execution Management
System (EMS) and the implementation of FX Risk Transfer capabilities.
The role acts as the key interface between Business, Technology,
Operations, and external providers, ensuring alignment across Avaloq,
custody migration, local infrastructure, and target operating model
initiatives under critical delivery timelines.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Business-critical role supporting the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target Execution Management System (EMS) and the implementation of an automated FX Risk Transfer capability as part of BJB Germany's future in-house execution service. The role requires a rare combination of execution services expertise, business analysis, solution design, and delivery leadership to coordinate business, technology, operations, Avaloq, custody migration, and external partners. Immediate onboarding is required due to the complexity of the initiative and its dependency on upcoming programme deliverables and key design decisions. Any delay would increase delivery risk and impact the planned transition to the future operating model.
• Lead requirements definition, target-state design, and delivery coordination for the execution service and FX workstreams.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk onto the target EMS and the implementation of the future operating model.

• Ensure alignment across Business, Technology, Operations, local Germany platform teams, Avaloq, custody migration activities, and external service providers to achieve end-to-end readiness.
• Act as the primary SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, driving stakeholder alignment and solution decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operating model readiness, and business adoption activities across execution and FX capabilities.
• Ensure successful delivery by proactively managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical, technical, and business expertise, with the ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic solutions and bridge executive, business, and technical
stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations in complex financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of execution services, trading workflows, FX products, custody processes, and order lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering large-scale programmes using a combination of Agile delivery practices and traditional waterfall governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business, technology, operations, external vendors, and senior management.
• Proven track record delivering highly complex, business-critical programmes with significant interdependencies, demanding timelines, and high execution risk.
• Highly resilient, delivery-focused, and capable of performing effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, execution services, FX products, custody processes, and post-trade operations.
• Relevant project delivery, business analysis, change management, Agile, or project management certifications are advantageous.
