Account Manager

Job Description:

Arrow is looking for an Account Manager to join our team with a focus on the semiconductor industry.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across an assigned portfolio of customers within Arrow's Semiconductor business. You will develop long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and help customers bring innovative technologies to market.

What Will You Be Doing at Arrow?

• Grow and develop business within assigned customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Arrow's market share.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Drive demand creation activities and support design-in and design-win opportunities.
• Promote Arrow's semiconductor portfolio, supply chain solutions, and value-added services.
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maximize customer success.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Field Sales Representative.
• Experience within the semiconductor, electronic components or electronics industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Understanding of demand creation, design-in/design-win activities and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and autonomous approach.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Annual Hiring Range

On Target Earnings (Base Pay + Target Variable Pay)

38,000.00 to 59,000.00 EUR

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay mix between base salary and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.
