Rob Levine Law is looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in the Philippines.
In this role, you will own the firm's day-to-day social media presence by planning, creating, publishing, optimizing, and analyzing content across multiple platforms. You'll combine creativity with performance-driven decision making to strengthen our brand, increase engagement, and support business growth.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for a true social media specialist with demonstrated experience executing both organic and paid social media strategies, not a generalist marketer.

- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos for multiple social platforms.
- Write compelling captions, social copy, and on-brand messaging.
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Own and maintain the firm's social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement while responding or escalating when appropriate.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media assets.
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to create authentic, educational, and promotional content.
- Support marketing campaigns, community initiatives, sponsorships, and promotions through social media.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, identify trends, and continuously optimize results.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 2+ years of professional experience managing social media for a business, agency, or brand.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Experience creating and editing high-quality short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as Metricool, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, KPIs, and performance optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
