Chemours is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position will be available at our Mexico City Office (Plaza Carso) and report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

This is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Leadership and specialized Recruitment, you will lead the search, engagement, and hiring of Managers and specialized individual contributor roles across Latin America, the United States, and globally. Leveraging your advanced expertise in specialized recruitment, you will partner directly with senior business leaders, and HR partners to shape Chemours’ leadership pipeline and champion our employer brand at the highest levels.

In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment, you will drive strategic talent initiatives, including building talent pipelines to address gaps in succession planning, talent mapping, and market intelligence. You will represent Chemours and act as a trusted advisor on senior hiring decisions, competitor insights and other considerations.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead the full executive recruitment lifecycle for Director and other senior-level roles, from initial briefing and sourcing to offer and pre-boarding.
• Partner directly with leadership, business unit heads, and global HR teams to understand strategic talent gaps and craft proactive search strategies.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with top-tier external talent, providing a personalized and confidential candidate experience.
• Conduct and present in-depth market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to inform leadership hiring and succession planning.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent trends, compensation insights, and best-in-class search practices, leveraging data and market knowledge.
• Ensure rigorous assessment, selection, and evaluation processes for talent, emphasizing leadership capability, cultural fit, and potential for impact.
• Champion process excellence and compliance, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout all search activities.

The following is required for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years focused on leadership or specialized recruitment (corporate or retained search).
• Proven track record managing complex searches across Latin America and the United States.
• Proven track record managing complex searches across Latin America and the United States.
• Exceptional English language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and collaborate with senior business leaders.
• Extensive hands-on experience with search and sourcing tools, talent mapping, and market intelligence platforms.
• Strong business acumen, organizational savvy, and a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Experience managing and negotiating management level offers, hiring processes, and onboarding.

The following is preferred for this role:

• Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms supporting executive or global recruitment.
• Background in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
• Deep knowledge of total compensation offerings, assessment methodologies, and leadership evaluation frameworks.
• Experience supporting diversity and inclusion in recruitment and succession planning.
