Job Description:

The Senior Treasury Analyst supports treasury operations, cash flow monitoring, liquidity planning, and financial reporting activities within the treasury function. The role contributes to daily treasury execution, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and treasury data analysis while ensuring compliance with Group treasury policies and internal controls.

Working closely with Treasury Managers, Accounting, Finance, and banking partners, the Treasury Analyst helps ensure operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and effective treasury governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and capital optimization, serving as a key driver in maximizing our financial efficiency

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Cash Forecasting

• Analyze historical cash flows and collaborate with product departments to refine forecast accuracy;

• Contribute to the identification of variances between actuals and forecasts, recommending adjustments as needed.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for cash optimization, reduced idle cash, and process efficiency.

• Provide forecast updates and cash analysis to treasury managers or finance stakeholders as required.

Cash Position Management

• Support the management of short-term borrowing or investments to optimize liquidity in collaboration with the Cash Manager

Cash Position Management

• Manage and optimize cash float, balancing payment timing with collections to maximize working capital.

Liquidity Planning

• Identify short-term funding gaps or surplus cash, recommending investments or borrowing strategies.

• Support liquidity monitoring, working capital analysis, cash utilization reviews, and short-term funding visibility.

Bank Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, managing bank fees and account structures.

Process Automation:

• Identify opportunities to streamline treasury workflows, leveraging TMS (Treasury Management Systems) and ERPs.

• Participate in system testing, updates, data validation, user acceptance testing, and process improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to treasury process documentation, operational guidelines, checklists, and user instructions.

• Help improve automation, reporting efficiency, data quality, and workflow reliability within treasury activities.

• Support continuous improvement of treasury operations through accurate execution, documentation, and feedback.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls (SOX) and prepare monthly treasury reports for senior leadership

• Support continuous improvement of treasury operations through accurate execution, documentation, and feedback.

• Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, operational KPIs, cash summaries, bank account updates, and liquidity analysis.

• Maintain treasury data, banking records, transaction files, intercompany funding documentation, and supporting evidence.

• Support data consolidation and reporting activities for Group Treasury, local Finance, or management review.

• Assist in preparing materials for audits, compliance reporting, management presentations, and treasury governance discussions.

  Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  
  Work Experience:
  6–8 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or cash management activities.
  Experience in multinational environments is an advantage.
  
  Skills & Certifications:
  Expert understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking processes.
  Experience with ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems, or banking platforms
  Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
