Description
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or related HR functions.
BPO industry experience will be an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act is advantageous.
Good understanding of HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems.
Experience in employee data management with strong attention to confidentiality.
Fluent in English; Mandarin-speaker as additional languages will be an advantage.
Possess own transportation for occasional travel between company sites(Georgetown & Bayan Lepas), where required.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Support the administration, review, and maintenance of compensation and benefits programmes.
Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies, salary structures, and market benchmarking exercises.
Support annual compensation activities, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and benefits renewals.
Employee Benefits Operations
Provide day-to-day operational support for employee benefits.
Coordinate with external benefits vendors and service providers to ensure smooth administration and service delivery.
HR Helpdesk & Employee Support
Manage HR Helpdesk enquiries and respond to employee queries relating to compensation, benefits, HR policies, and HR processes.
Ensure employee enquiries are handled accurately and within agreed service levels.
HR Data Management
Maintain accurate and timely employee records and HR data within relevant HR systems.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to data confidentiality requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review and audit purposes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to support smooth and effective HR operations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compensation and benefits processes comply with applicable statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
Process Improvement & HR Projects
Contribute to HR digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR Helpdesk and C&B operational efficiency.
Support local, regional, and global HR projects and initiatives as required.
