- Process and/or review bureau claims settlement
- Process existing claims in IRIS system
- Analyze first and subsequence claims loss advice
- Liase with claim handlers to review significant amount of total incurred claims movement
- Perform ad hoc reconciliations and assist in quarterly and annual audit.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of claims process.
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work unsupervised, work on tight deadlines, pro-active and team player.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
- Insurance background is preferred but not required.
