Claims Analyst - Auto

Buscamos un perfil con sólida capacidad de análisis de siniestros, estricto apego a las condiciones generales de póliza y un fuerte enfoque en servicio al cliente. La posición es responsable de analizar, dictaminar y dar seguimiento a reclamaciones, asegurando la calidad de la información, cumplimiento de SLAs y generación de insights operativos que contribuyan a la mejora continua de los procesos y resultados del negocio.

Experiencia 1 a 3 años

• Experiencia en análisis y gestión de siniestros / claims.

• Experiencia en atención a clientes y manejo de casos.

• Deseable experiencia en lectura e interpretación de pólizas.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Manejo de sistemas de administración de siniestros (claims systems).

• Análisis de información financiera y técnica.

• Interpretación de indicadores operativos (severidad, frecuencia, SLAs).

• Manejo intermedio de herramientas de análisis (Excel, Power BI u otros).

Formación académica

• Licenciatura concluida en áreas económico‑administrativas, financieras o afines.
