The Undergraduate (UG) Programs Office of HKUST Business School is seeking a self-motivated and committed individual to join their UG Student Development and Career Services Team. This role involves managing logistics for student activities and career development events, handling administration for work experience scheme, maintaining employer and activities record databases, processing purchase and reimbursement orders, updating the webpage with job openings and event promotions, managing a weekly e-newsletter for event promotion, liaising with external and internal units, and providing administrative support for tasks related to student activities and career development. This role would also involves in using canva design for event promotion and social media post creation.

Applicants should have:

• A bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of full-time work experience, preferably in student activities or the education sector
• Proactive attitude with a good sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability of multi-tasking and a problem-solving mindset
• Team player qualities, attentiveness to details, and flexibility
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of database management, Photoshop, or multimedia editing software

Occasionally, working outside normal office hours and off-campus (for company visits) is required. Applicants with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Officer position. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
