Location: 📍 Deeside
Salary: 💷 £50,000–£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week with a flexible working pattern
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), within solo and small residential placements
Qualifications Required:

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it)

Eligible for CIW Registered Manager registration
Experience Required:

Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for children with complex needs

Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements
The Home:
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a children's residential home supporting young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring children receive safe, nurturing, and high-quality care while maintaining full CIW compliance and leading effective safeguarding and care planning.
