Location: 📍 Chester
Salary: 💷 £50,000–£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week with a flexible working pattern
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), supported within solo placements and multi-bed residential homes
Qualifications Required:

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care

Eligible for Ofsted Registered Manager registration
Experience Required:
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare management or a senior supervisory role

Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for children with complex needs

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulatory standards, the Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding
The Home:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a children's residential home supporting children and young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring children receive safe, nurturing and person-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance. You will oversee both solo placement and multi-bed home settings, adapting support to meet the individual needs of each young person.
