Description
Our client in the Industrial Services Industry is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their team.
Main responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the accounts department, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate execution of daily accounting operations.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the Group.
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Prepare and present timely, accurate financial reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance internal controls, financial processes, and governance practices across the Group.
- Monitor cash flow, expenditure, and overall financial performance to support financial stability and business objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
