Great marketing is more than creative ideas - it's about creating meaningful experiences that connect with people and drive business growth. At Inbank, we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who enjoys turning ideas into action. In this role, you'll plan and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, collaborate with colleagues across the Group, and use data to continuously improve what we do.

What you will be doing:

Bring campaigns to life

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities across different channels to strengthen brand awareness, attract new customers and support business growth.
• Develop content marketing initiatives, media collaborations and other activities that build trust and increase brand visibility.
• Prepare marketing materials for digital campaigns, including email marketing and other online channels using tools such as Figma and email marketing platforms.

Create engaging content

• Plan and coordinate content across social media platforms, creating materials that engage our audience and strengthen the Inbank brand.
• Adapt content for different channels and audiences while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Support branding and communication initiatives together with local and Group colleagues.

Measure, improve and collaborate

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Cooperate with agencies, media and other external partners when needed, while taking direct ownership of content creation and campaign execution.
• Work closely with Product, Sales and Group Marketing teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve our marketing activities.

Ideally, you would have:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• Creativity combined with a structured approach to planning and execution.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media and digital channels.
• Understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Figma or email marketing platforms will be considered an advantage.
