Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:  

Responsible for the execution of marketing plans created by the Marketing Manager in collaboration with Business Units and Vendor teams. Supports the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, partner activation initiatives, events, digital marketing activities, and demand generation programs across the Adriatic region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns across the Adriatic region
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and budgets
• Support the planning and execution of partner events, vendor events, webinars, workshops, and other marketing activities
• Collaborate with vendors, business units, sales teams, agencies, and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of marketing programs
• Execute digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media support, and campaign promotion
• Create, edit, and localize marketing content, including invitations, email communications, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Monitor campaign performance and support marketing reporting and ROI analysis
• Support marketing administration, documentation, and reporting requirements
• Provide creative input and prepare design briefs for internal and external creative resources

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations to improve marketing results, service offerings, and processes
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, vendors, partners, suppliers, and agencies
• Possess a high degree of creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, email marketing, and marketing trends, and how they can be utilized to enhance campaigns and events
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics, campaign reporting, and ROI measurement
• Experience with event organization and campaign execution would be an advantage
• Experience working in an IT distribution environment, technology vendor ecosystem, marketing agency, or similar business environment would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Croatian and English language
