Role summary

The HRSC (HR Shared Services Solution Centre) In-Country Tier 2 HR Service Representative plays a key operational role in those Cencora countries in Europe with large and complex populations. The role is an in-country specialist, able to solve specific questions and problems relating to the specific country that they serve.

The role reports to the HRSC In-Country Tier 2 Leader in Lithuania. The role will also have access to a local HR leader who can help them with country specific issues.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in local policies, processes and practices for all Cencora companies within that specific country
• Respond to and resolve specific country queries passed to them by the HRSC Tier 1 team in Lithuania in ServiceNow
• Complete Workday tasks for that country which need specific local knowledge
• Work within agreed SLAs for both response and resolution time
• Help to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for service enhancement to the HRSC In-Country Tier 2 Leader in Lithuania
• Act on any specific survey feedback received
• Lead/support HR knowledge transition process where needed from other countries
• Work closely with the Operational Excellence and Training teams to identify and implement areas of improvement

Specific Country Responsibilities:

• Local HR Expertise for Complex Issues: Support managers and employees in resolving challenging HR matters that require local knowledge due to legal, statutory, or complex circumstances
• In-Person HR Support: Deliver HR services that require a physical presence or direct interaction at the local level
• Specialized HR Support: Address complex questions related to benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding leveraging local channels and expertise
• Language-Specific HR Assistance: Provide HR advice and support in the local language to ensure clear communication and understanding
• Escalation for Complex Cases: Act as the escalation point for HR issues that cannot be resolved by centralized Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Collaboration with Local Authorities: Engage with local authorities as needed to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Experience working in a multinational and multi-site environment
• Demonstrated experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable HR technology platforms
• Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes
• Experience working with managers or stakeholders located in another country is an advantage
• Fluency in the local country language German and a good working knowledge of English

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to represent Cencora's values and maintain a professional, employee-focused approach
