Responsibilities :
Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Focuses on how efficient these shift settings are and makes changes when necessary.
Ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively.
Overseeing and coaching employees
Guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees
Optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and enforce strict safety guidelines
Education, Qualification Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
