AI Project & Client Manager

You do need to enjoy learning quickly. About the Role This is a mix of project management, client management, and digital operations.You will be the person who keeps projects moving, supports clients, coordinates the team, and uses our AI platform to make work faster and more accurate.Every day is different.One day you may onboard a new HubSpot client.The next day you might coordinate a website launch, prepare a client presentation with AI, review marketing performance, or improve one of our internal workflows.If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and learning new technology, you'll enjoy this role. What You'll Do Client Management• Become the main contact for assigned clients• Understand business goals and translate them into clear actions• Run client meetings and follow up on action items• Keep communication organized and proactive• Build long-term client relationships Project Management• Plan and manage projects inside ClickUp• Coordinate designers, developers, marketers, and freelancers• Keep projects on schedule and identify blockers early• Make sure deliverables meet our quality standards before they reach the client AI-First Operations• Use our internal AI platform every day• Use AI to prepare reports, documentation, research, meeting summaries, and client communication• Improve workflows by finding smarter ways of working• Help shape how AI becomes part of our daily operationsDigital Marketing & CRM• Coordinate digital marketing projects• Support HubSpot implementations and CRM projects• Assist with campaign reporting and client presentations• Help organize marketing deliverables across multiple clients Who You Are• Thai national• Excellent organizational skills• Comfortable working independently• Strong communication skills in Thai and English• Curious about AI and new technology• Comfortable learning new software quickly• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture• You ask questions early instead of waiting until problems become bigger Nice to Have• Experience in a digital agency• Experience with HubSpot• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads• Experience managing multiple projects at the same timeWhat You'll LearnThis role gives you experience that is becoming increasingly valuable.You will learn:• AI-assisted project management• HubSpot CRM• Marketing automation• Client consulting• Digital marketing operations• Workflow design• International client communicationYou will work directly with experienced marketers and consultants while using AI tools that most companies have not adopted yet. What We Offer• Hybrid work, 1 to 2 office days per week• Flexible remote working• Competitive salary• Performance bonuses• Direct exposure to international clients• Full training on our internal AI systems• Modern AI software and tools• Fast career growth as the company expands This Role Is Not For You If• You need constant supervision• You dislike learning new technology• You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative• You struggle with organization and prioritization• You prefer repetitive work over solving different challenges every day Our Hiring ProcessWe care more about how you think than what is written on your CV.Shortlisted candidates will complete a few short online exercises to help us understand how they solve problems, communicate, and fit our way of working. How to ApplyPlease send:• Your CV in English• A short introduction about yourself• Tell us about one project you're proud of and the role you played in making it successful
