The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, with prior experience selling Product Engineering Services, Engineering Services, or Technical Staffing solutions to customers in North America.
The candidate should be confident engaging with senior decision-makers, building a strong sales pipeline, executing outbound prospecting campaigns, and developing long-term customer relationships.
