Head of Digital Service Enablement

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented leader to take on the role as the Head of Digital Service Enablement

About the role

As Head of Digital Service Enablement at If, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the digital transformation within ‘Digital Service’, as part of Digital Sales & Customer Experience (DS&CX). You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across business units in BA Private, IT and Claims.

The line responsibility will be Nordic and consist of 4 Chapter leads and a total of 40 Nordic service developers; working with different types of development initiatives, with a range of competences within digital service design.

Your responsibility will be leading people and hands-on approach ensuring strategy is translated into results.

Anchor and develop people, competencies and tools within the Service Development capability area. Ensure that our service model transforms and evolves into an even more digital model by reaching our Nordic and local digital service metrics while enabling reduced service-cost and strong end-to-end digital customer resolutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for competences & tools within the Service Development capability area

• Establish and follow-up on key metrics within digital service.

• Align and drive Nordic Service Model transformation roadmap

• Responsible for aligning growth levers with Business Owners and Digital Development leads

• Explore and drive new initiatives to accelerate digital transformation

• Accountable for exploring and driving Nordic scalability by applying local best practices.

• A high level of drive and integrity, combined with a structured and analytical way of working

In addition, we believe you have:

• A relevant academic degree

• Experience from roles within strategy- or business development, with a strong track record in shaping and implementing strategies

• Several years of line leadership experience, preferably from leading leaders
