Your Primary Focus Is To

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.

• Monitor and maintain adequate cash balances for operational and strategic needs.

• Oversee cash flow forecasting models weekly, monthly, and annually.

• Optimize cash utilization across multiple business units and locations.

Banking & Financial Relationships

• Maintain and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.

• Negotiate banking services, credit facilities, and treasury-related agreements.

• Coordinate loan documentation, covenant reporting, and compliance requirements.

Fleet & Asset Financing

• Support financing strategies for vehicle fleet acquisitions and disposals.

• Monitor lease obligations, debt schedules, and financing structures related to fleet operations.

• Analyze financing costs and recommend cost-effective funding solutions.

Treasury Operations & Controls

• Oversee treasury systems, payment processing, wire transfers, and bank account administration.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.

• Develop and improve treasury policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

• Manage fraud prevention initiatives and banking security protocols.

Financial Risk Management

• Identify and assess risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange exposure.

• Implement hedging or mitigation strategies where appropriate.

• Monitor economic and market trends affecting financing and treasury activities.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare treasury reports for executive leadership, including cash forecasts, debt positions, and liquidity analysis.

• Support budgeting, strategic planning, and financial modeling initiatives.

• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, operations, and executive teams to support business decisions.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP certification preferred.

• 5-8+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.

• Experience in car rental, automotive, fleet management, transportation, or asset-heavy industries preferred.

Skills & Strengths:

• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, debt management, and banking operations.

• Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of fleet financing structures and vehicle asset management.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, multi-location operating environment.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential financial information.

• Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
