About the Role

Are you ready to lead corporate treasury strategy that strengthens liquidity, manages financial risk, and supports confident business decisions?

This role is central to directing corporate treasury activity across risk management, liquidity, investments, reporting, governance, and treasury technology. It plays a crucial part in protecting financial resilience and enabling informed strategic planning.

A core part of the role is shaping hedging strategies across foreign exchange, interest rate, fuel, commodity, liquidity, and counterparty exposures. You will also oversee cash forecasting, funding planning, and investment allocation to optimize liquidity and risk-adjusted returns.

Working closely with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders, the position drives effective market execution and strong counterparty management. It also strengthens treasury operations through treasury management systems, automation, and straight-through processing.

The role calls for robust oversight of treasury policies, delegated authorities, controls, and risk limits to maintain a strong governance framework. In addition, it ensures accurate reporting, valuation integrity, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness across treasury activity.

Leadership is equally important, with responsibility for developing team capability, enhancing treasury performance, and delivering clear insights to senior leadership and governance committees. Success in this role depends on combining technical depth with strategic judgment to improve treasury maturity and operational excellence.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management, financial markets, or related disciplines within a complex, multinational, or capital-intensive organization. You are expected to possess strong expertise in treasury management systems, treasury reporting and analytics, liquidity and cash forecasting, investments, counterparty management, and treasury governance. You will bring deep experience in hedging strategy, derivatives, exposure analysis, valuations, banking relationships, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, supported by strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complexity. This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
