What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and resident dietary requirements
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
• Assist with food preparation, storage, stocking, and inventory management
• Work closely with the dietary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking experience required
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or institutional kitchen experience preferred
• Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, resident-focused attitude
