Gallagher Ireland, part of the globally renowned Arthur J. Gallagher Group, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to join our team in Limerick. How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and driving sales.
You’ll:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into policies.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare and present quotes, clearly explaining coverage details and benefits.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure terms that meet client requirements.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for home, motor, and add-ons.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance products, pricing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to achieve shared goals.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- CIP qualification.
- Strong knowledge of motor and home insurance products.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
