Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to join a well-established and growing independent insurance agency. This role involves servicing an existing book of Personal Lines clients while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of an assigned book of Personal Lines clients
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and other client service requests
- Oversee policy renewals and proactively communicate with clients regarding coverage updates
- Review existing accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for account rounding
- Assist clients with Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other Personal Lines insurance products
- Liaise with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, and coverage questions
- Prepare quotes and assist with remarketing accounts when necessary
- Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system
- Provide responsive and professional customer service to clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate closely with Producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance is preferred
- Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a career in insurance are encouraged to apply
- Property & Casualty license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Experienced Personal Lines Account Managers and CSRs are strongly encouraged to apply
