Personal Lines Account Manager

Regency Insurance Group is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their insurance coverage, reviewing policies, managing service requests, and providing exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle. Our Account Managers focus on building strong relationships, improving retention, and ensuring clients receive the protection they need.

Unlike traditional agencies where one person handles every aspect of an account, Regency utilizes a team-based approach that allows Account Managers to focus on what they do best: helping clients, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
