Responsibilities
- Manage and service a high-volume book of business, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch, concierge-level service.
- Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management.
- Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers (e.g., PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One).
- Active Property & Casualty license is required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in handling endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews.
- Knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing.
- Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
