Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing and servicing a book of personal lines accounts from A-Z. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proactive approach to cross-selling, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Commission: 3% on new business, 1% on renewals
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a $2 million book of standard personal lines accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Proactively cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
- Utilize agency management software (Epic experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance is essential; familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
