Insurance Account Manager (PLAE)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join a team in a 100% onsite role. This position is responsible for handling A-Z servicing of a middle-market book of business, excluding new business and claims. The book of business is approximately $2 million in premium and includes a significant amount of Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the E&S process, including specific forms, applications, and renewal tracking. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full servicing lifecycle of a middle-market book of business, approximately $2 million in premium.
- Handle all aspects of E&S lines, including completing specific forms, applications, and tracking renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage deadlines to ensure timely renewals and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts, with a strong focus on E&S lines.
- Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
