The Human Resources Services Advisor provides exceptional Human Resources (HR) support and guidance to employees throughout Panduit. Addresses employee inquiries, resolves HR-related issues, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Serves as a trusted resource, fostering a positive employee experience and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Supports special projects across HR.
What will you do:
Employee Inquiries and Documentation: Respond to employee inquiries and provide accurate and timely information on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Document and track all customer correspondence in the case management system.
HR-Related Issues and Transactions: Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits enrollment, leave management, performance management, and employee relations matters. Process all transactions in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including terminations, job/pay changes, hiring of employees or contingent workers, organizational structure changes, benefits, and recruitment transactions.
Workday Support and Project Assistance: Support the global HR team in their use of Workday and how to perform key tasks in the system. Provide project support, as needed, for key HR initiatives.
Collaboration and Escalation Resolution: Collaborate with HR business partners and subject matter experts to resolve complex employee inquiries and escalations.
Record Maintenance and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Process Improvement and Documentation: Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously maintain and update documentation and job aids for HR processes administered in the HR Service Center to stay current with process improvement changes.
Compliance and Guidance: Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain knowledge of changing HR processes and policies to ensure accurate feedback can be provided to employees.
Tier 0 Tools and Work Shifting: Reinforce the use of Tier 0 tools with employees. Identify and recommend opportunities to shift work from Tier 1 to Tier 0 based on case data.
What will you bring:
Required Degree: Associate's Degree HR, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of experience
