We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our team. This role follows a hybrid schedule based out of the Solon Office and will be reporting to our Senior Legal Counsel.

What you’ll do:
Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including project contracts, supply contracts, leases, customer service contracts, and RFPs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Routinely work with Project Managers to review, negotiate, and finalize project related contracts, including review and compliance with labor, insurance, and bond requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate the contract approval process and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key dates and milestones.
Address contract-related queries and concerns from both internal and external parties.
Participate in project related issues and contract dispute resolution to provide legal support as needed.
Update and manage the contract database, which is used to track and analyze active contract and upcoming expiration.
Other duties as assigned.
What you need for success:
Degree in Paralegal Studies or higher or any equivalent and relevant experience;
3+ years of experience in a legal support role with experience in contract management and negotiation processes (construction industry experience is a plus);
Meticulous with exceptional organizational and time management skills;
Strong written communication skills in English;
Provide client focused support and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills;
Collaborate effectively as both a team player and an independent contributor;
Perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments while ensuring deadlines are met;
Flexible and adaptable to new and changing environments;
Independently negotiate contracts with external parties
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF.
