Description
The Senior Team Leader, Revenue Management & Product is responsible for managing pricing, revenue management, commercial policy and execute the portfolio for the PBU at the country level. This role focuses on executing standard processes, supporting market alignment, and optimizing ROI.

What You Will Do
Lead the monthly pricing process, tracking, analyzing, and addressing opportunities on the price positioning of the product portfolio at the country level.
Execution of pricing actions, price lists, and updates in applicable systems
Work collaboratively with country leader and regional functions to update and execute the Sales Policy, execution of promotional guidelines and portfolio/product line/channel strategies.
Responsible to analyze, recommend and track Sell In and Out actions and ensure the ROI and performance of the campaigns.
Responsible to support revenue and profitability analysis of business development opportunities (new stores, renovations, dealers’ conversion)
Partner with the regional team on pricing requests, executing pricing activities, and identify opportunities to improve pricing processes.
Maintain product master data, product hierarchies, and attributes in internal systems
Coordinate with other functions the product setup, changes, and phase-in/phase-out activities.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, Master's degree or advanced certification preferred.
5 or more years of experience in Business Support, Product Management, Revenue Management, Finance or related area.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
