By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid set-up, from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18.00, at our office in Iasi.

How you’ll make an impact: 

• Manage supplier creation and updates in SAP, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Review supplier documentation and ensure it meets our requirements and policies.
• Investigate and resolve issues across the Source-to-Pay and Contract-to-Pay processes.
• Work with tools such as SAP, ServiceNow, Ariba, Microsoft Office, and ORO.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different locations.
• Provide clear and timely support to employees, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Spot potential issues early and take action to keep processes running smoothly.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly and follow security and compliance standards.
• Stay up to date with procedures and policies and complete required compliance training.
• Support your teammates, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Help deliver a seamless buying experience by applying the Client’s procurement policies and strategy.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Very good knowledge of French/ German/ Italian and English, B2 (verbal and written communication skills);

• Negociation skills;

• Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented and analytical skills;

• Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn;

• Bachelor's Degree may be needed.
