Customer Experience Consultant (Temporary - 6 Months)

We are looking for
- University graduate
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office programs
- English language proficiency
- Previous experience in the logistics sector
- Experience in call center / tele sales is preferred
- Problem-solver, patient, results-oriented, with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure the smooth handling of reservations from start to finish
- Working to encourage our customers to actively use our digital platforms and website, minimizing manual work and promoting digitalization
