Why this is an exciting opportunity
As a Risk & Compliance Analyst at HUB24, you will play an important role in supporting the management, analysis and reporting of risk and compliance information across the business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you'll help deliver meaningful insights, strengthen governance processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk and compliance framework.
What you’ll be doing
Support the collection, analysis and maintenance of risk and compliance information across the business.
Extract and analyse data from risk management systems (including Protecht) to prepare reports, dashboards and insights.
Assist in the preparation of Board and Committee reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather, validate and follow up on risk and compliance information.
Support ongoing improvements to risk data quality, reporting templates and business processes.
Assist with monitoring activities, thematic reviews and compliance reporting.
Contribute to risk assessments, compliance reviews, policy reviews and incident or issue management activities.
Support the continuous enhancement of HUB24's risk and compliance framework
What you bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills
2 years' experience in risk, compliance or a related analytical role.
Financial services experience (desirable)
Experience using risk management systems such as Protecht (desirable)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in risk management, compliance and governance.
