About Fetch
Fetch is a venture-backed company redefining multifamily living through four core services: Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. From secure, direct-to-door package delivery to community-wide valet trash pickup, grocery essentials through Fetch Market, and flexible storage solutions, Fetch streamlines operations for property teams while creating unmatched convenience for residents. Operating nationwide with rapid growth ahead, we combine logistics, technology, and hospitality to shape the future of multifamily living.
Our Opportunity
Fetch is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations in your market and bring Fetch's services to life for residents and property teams. Our Operations team is the driving force behind everything we do — and we're looking for logistics leaders with a passion for process, organizational excellence, and the ability to build and develop teams that deliver superior resident experiences. As a Warehouse Manager, you will own the full package fulfillment operation at your site, lead and develop a team of drivers, associates, and supervisors, and serve as the operational backbone of your market. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning your site's performance, culture, and outcomes. At Fetch, our leaders shape the culture and experience of our teams, residents, and clients — we're looking for Warehouse Managers who align with our core values and lead by example every day.
