Assistant Manager, Admissions

The Office of Admissions is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Local Admissions team.

The Assistant Manager supports admissions operations in a high-volume environment, covering full-time and part-time undergraduate programmes applications. The role combines operational oversight, stakeholder management, data analysis and hands-on administration to ensure accurate, timely and service-oriented delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of full-time and part-time undergraduate programmes applications, ensuring compliance with admissions policies, criteria and timelines.
• Serve as the principal liaison between the Office of Admissions and Colleges/Schools for the assigned portfolios and provide advice on admissions processes and decisions.
• Review exceptional cases, apply sound judgement and recommend solutions to the Assistant Director where approval is required.
• Prepare admissions data, insights and reports, to support planning and management decision-making.
• Plan and participate in admissions-related engagement and recruitment events.

Requirements:

• Degree from recognised university in any discipline, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in admissions or student recruitment would be advantageous.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admissions-related systems; familiarity with data analytics and visual presentation tools is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
